The customer service and support here is tremendous...like your product.

I read on the messege board that it's important to get used to the PAS before playing live and I'm glad we did. Since the clarity is vastly improved you need to get your chops up to speed! Also, I had to adjust the volumes within different patches on my keyboard. The bass response just thumps with my Korg Karma.

Our first gig with it at the Hula Grille in Carolina Beach, NC was enjoyable for all three musicians since we could hear so clearly. We ran electric bass (straight, no DI) and the Korg into the line level inputs, sax and vocal into the preamps.

It took me a couple songs to get the mix right, but what a sound!!!

The owner of the restaurant was really impressed with my vocals and a visiting musician commented on how well he could hear everything from the far side of the bar even though the space had varying ceiling heights. It was obvious from the patrons that our new "secret weapon" made an impact.

I've often wondered why all this music gear has to be so cumbersome and heavy...you've made live so much easier for the working musician. It only took me two trips to get the PAS up the stairs and into the gig.

Can't wait for our next gig..
