I bought 2 L1 model 2 systems with 4 subs in Feb. 2008. I have been using them with a 4 piece loud rock band. I have played outdoors and small to large clubs with them. I use an analog Yamaha mixer into the analog input. When I played a very large gig I just dug out and old pair of subs and a power amp and it projected the low end farther. Most of the gigs I use the BOSE Subs alone. I use a POD X3 Live and the other guitarist uses a Korg processor. Now and then I will dig out the Marshall and use it for old times sake with a mic. But the Line 6 POD X3 Live works great. I have had no trouble with them. My band is breaking up and I might buy a Tone Match for doing solo gigs. I'm glad I bought the BOSE System!
