Just got our model II that we ordered from "Northcross Mall" Guitar Center here in Austin, Texas. WOW is right! We have been waiting impatiently for them to come in, but we knew in advance that they were backordered and would take a little time to get. We got a call every week updating our purchase. The service that we recieved from dave and parker was beyond excellent. My experience with Guitar Center was GREAT! and they went out of thier way to inform, and take care of us. I play e-drums/SPD-20 and I am going to really like the tweaking ability of this system especially the vocal mic presets and the eq, delay, reverb. gonna be busy for quite a while!
