I called the live support number to get assistance with downloading firmware updates and presets today and I just wanted to say that I received wonderful, top notch, professional assistance. Wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me but he was great. This kind of support from somebody who (1) is smart, (2) knows what they are talking about and (3) can efficiently solve my problem as well as educate me so I can solve problems myself in the future and get the most out of the product makes me a loyal Bose Customer.
