We have LI Model II and tonematch. Vdrums use double bass with additional packlite system (amp and two more B1s). This, after reviewing the forum comments in detail...

Tadman -

Let me know when/where you perform. I use the TD-20 as well and the L1. We should compare notes on how we tweak the kits for opptimal sound.

Dstar79--sure will! I have found the forum useful. I am used to recording (Cubase) and the usual tweaks for headphones, removing sound effects, etc. Live, requires tighter snare, muffled toms, lower pitch on cymbals as has been indicated on the forum. Also, put bass drum into separate channel for more control.

Tadman -

Have you got your TDW-20 yet? I have mine. If you use the Bose to amplify your sound, have you gotten the sound you want? I use many of the VEX kits and have noticed that my SPD-S sounds great through the Bose but the TD-20 sounds muddy (for lack of a better description). I would be interested in how you tweak the sound out of the TD-20 or through the Tonematch to get what you are looking for.
