Ok I just brought home my new T1 tone match. I also have two L1 model II's with 4 B1's. I will be running OTSDJ into a Numark mixer. Left and Right XLR out of the mixer into the T1 and then into left and right L1's. (do i need stereo 1/4" cables or mono)
Is it OK to run two L1's from one T1? Also, anyone have any setting recommendations for all the gains etc...? I am a bit overwhelmed and could use some tips. Thanks!

I'll try to help you with some of this MasterMixDJ. You can run two L1s from a single T1 by doing something similar to this.

I'm a little light on the "gain staging" necessary for your specific setup, so I'll leave that one to someone more experienced to be able to help you. But, I did find some additional DJ information which might be of interest to you. I'd encourage you to browse the Wiki and do some searching there. It has a ton of useful information!

it's really a shame you are running it through your numark mixer. It' sounds so much better on it's own.

Actually since reading these posts, I have gone to the USB from Pc setting. You are right! It sounds like a different system. I had no idea it could sound better than it did. All I need is a good way to play Cd's. Any advice? (other than PC) The mixer will be sitting as a backup from now on.

just plug the cd player into channels 2 or 3 on the T1

i also purchased a numark mixer m2 solely for the purpose of cueing and using headphones to do so. can i do the above mention w/o a mixer; and somehow cue from my tonematch only?

can i use my dj software(tractorpro) from off my pc and attach to my L1 using my USB cable and dj while offline? is this possible?
