Here's a wedding we did in an Armory, it was a very echo fill room & the L1's sounded great! I find in rooms like this one or two B1's is all I need. Any more than that & the bass sounds muddy. One or two sound great. It this particular event I hooked up for but during sound check decided that two sounded better. I disconnected the other two but just left them under the table.

Nice, I really like your table topper. Where did you get it & how much was it?

Wow getting some real nice pic's on here. Wow Dynamite quite the light show. What lights were you using in the picture & what type of event was it that warranted such a light show?

it was actually a wedding reception. They asked for this. It was a couple of motor heads and some Chauvet color pallets, 2 american dj intellabeams, 2 sparkles, chauvet vue6, 50 inch lcd for videos etc. Here are some of the youtube videos of that event:

We did a fund raising "Gala" in a county fairgrounds venue that is essentially a 6000 sq ft hangar. The theme was Midnight in Paris so we ran a looped slide show of Paris landscape pix as well as a PowerPoint presentation the for the client on a draped 7 ft DJ Screen. The L1’s were well up to the task.

Point;
The sound (on the dance floor) with the L1's 10 ft apart was much better, than the set up with them 15+ ft apart. It felt like there was a hole in the center close to the stage.
Now mine are Model 1's so Mod 2's might disperse the sound to the center (between the pair) better.

jd, the table topper is clear 1/4" plexiglass bottom lit with RGB leds and I can change the color with a remote or choose different lite shows, I designed it myself and cut it out at work on a CNC router.

Here is a larger lighting setup also at a wedding ceremony and reception this month.

Why so much lighting, because they wanted it.
