My friend is on the phone with me right now and she is on her gem wk1 oriental keyboard. She is having a problem and I can't help her. She says that when she puts on rhythm like drums or something from the styles, then the bottom/lower keys stop playing. I have a yamaha keyboard and this happens when you put the ACMP (accompaniment) button on. She says she doesn't have that button so I don't know what to do.

Please help fast she needs it by tomorrow.

Hello Laetus - Just wanted to let you know that this is a forum for the Bose L1 sound system. Someone here might know the answer but we mainly deal with Bose issues here. You should try the company web site for Gem and see if they sponser a forum. Good Luck
