I've been playing with the Bose Personalized Amplification System for over a year now. I've never had to use ear plugs on any of those gigs, whereas on a gig with standard amplification I have to insert at least one plug in my right ear (the one with tinnitus from year's of ridiculous stage volume) usually by halfway through the first set. This system is a dream to play with.
