For all of those who are interested I have been evaluating here in Australia, a 'flute' microphone from a company in the US called K and K Sound. It is their Silver Bullet and it is a soft cardioid condensor type. I used the 00 preset on the L1 and run it through a wireless system. The sound was excellent. My wife is an accomplished flute player and usually uses a standard condensor microphone on a stand. She has always wanted to be alot freer to move around and this setup has allowed her now to do this. The set up was in our lounge room and feedback etc was nil. She was worried about the breathiness being more evident but this did not appear to be an issue. It would have loved to hv purchased her an AMT Z1, but cost was an issue. She is happy with the results - roll on those great performances.
